Turnkey HRA Set-Up

GroupHRA's patent-pending set-up process collects information about your GroupHRA from you online and automatically generates Plan Documents, a Summary Plan Description for each class of employee, personalized claims forms and cover sheets for every employee, and instructional welcome letters for each employee.

All necessary signatures are collected electronically, eliminating the need for paperwork.

Plan Supervision

All employee GroupHRA claims are sent to Zane Benefits for processing either online, by fax, or by mail and may be reimbursed either by check, direct deposit, or payroll addition.

Zane Benefits staff ensure that the reimbursement claim is properly documented, contacting the employee if information is missing, and make a recommendation to reimburse or deny the claim.
